The idea that your bones are not as strong as they used to be can be frightening. You may find that talking to other people who also have osteoporosis can be encouraging and helpful.
We recommend you contact National Osteoporosis Society, their support service is provided by nurses with specialist knowledge of osteoporosis and bone health. They can provide you with a personal reply backed up by information provided in electronic or printed format.

This support is free of charge; NOS membership fee is £18 per year (£13 for LOC patients).
