Medically Supervised Exercise Sessions (For Programme Participants)

Clinically informed exercise sessions designed for individuals with osteoporosis, osteopenia, and fracture risk. Delivered live with real-time guidance to ensure safe movement and appropriate loading.

These supervised exercise sessions are exclusively available to individuals enrolled in the London Osteoporosis Clinic programmes and are delivered as part of a structured bone health pathway.
Exercise is prescribed in alignment with clinical assessment, DXA findings, fracture risk, and individual treatment progress.

Strength Training

Fridays | 9:00 AM (30 Min)

Targeted therapeutic loading to support bone density, muscle strength, posture, and fracture risk reduction, tailored for individuals with reduced bone strength.

Pilates class for core strength and posture improvement.

Pilates

Wednesdays | 6:00 PM (60 Min)

Clinically adapted Pilates focusing on spinal alignment, core stability, and balance to reduce falls risk and support vertebral health.

Yoga therapy class for bone health and flexibility.

Yoga Therapy

Saturdays | 10:00 AM (30 Min)

Therapeutic yoga with emphasis on safe alignment, posture awareness, and controlled movement for individuals with osteoporosis and spinal concerns.
