Therapeutic Exercise

Medically Guided Movement for Lifelong Bone Health

Specialist exercise sessions designed for individuals with osteoporosis, osteopenia, and fracture risk — delivered within your consultant-led programme to support bone strength, posture, balance, and long-term independence.

Exercise interventions are adapted according to bone density, vertebral integrity, posture, balance, and overall fracture risk.

Exercise is one of the most evidence-supported interventions for improving bone mineral density and reducing falls risk. At the London Osteoporosis Clinic, our classes are not generic fitness sessions — they are a core component of your personalised management plan.

Attending Online

All BoneRevive® Programme classes are conducted exclusively via secure online livestream. Participants access the clinically guided sessions in real time, maintaining the ability to interact with the instructor throughout.

Session recordings are available for 48 hours after each class for members who cannot attend live.

Online delivery also allows patients to maintain consistency and continuity of movement regardless of travel or location.

The objective is not simply exercise participation, but long-term preservation of strength, posture, balance, confidence, and skeletal resilience.
