What Happens After You Submit

- If you are using private health insurance, our team can assist with pre-authorisation queries. Please mention your insurer in your message.
Clinician Referrals & Case Discussions
We welcome referrals and case discussions from GPs, hospital physicians, and allied health professionals regarding patients with complex bone health presentations, inflammatory arthritis with bone involvement, or secondary osteoporosis.

The London Osteoporosis Clinic operates Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Enquiries submitted outside these hours will be reviewed on the next working day.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, a suspected fracture, or acute severe pain, please call 999 or attend your nearest Emergency Department. Do not wait for a clinic response.
For urgent but non-emergency queries, calling the clinic line at the start of the next working day is the fastest route to a response.
