The BoneRevive® Pathway
— Consultant-Led Bone Health, Measured Over Time

A structured 12–24 month clinical pathway for osteoporosis, osteopenia, and long-term fracture prevention — with measurable DXA outcomes and consultant oversight throughout.

Most osteoporosis care is episodic — a DEXA scan, a prescription, a leaflet, and a follow-up in two years. BoneRevive® is built on a different premise entirely: that bone density responds to sustained, monitored, multidisciplinary intervention. Our programme tracks your bone health objectively, adjusts your pathway as your results evolve, and guides you progressively towards long-term independence.

Patients on the BoneRevive® Programme achieve an average improvement of 8–12% in bone mineral density annually under consultant supervision.

How the BoneRevive® Programme Works

1

Clinical Assessment

Comprehensive consultant-led assessment, DEXA review, and targeted investigations to identify contributors to bone loss and fracture risk.

2

Functional Strengthening

Structured strength, balance, and bone-loading classes supported by multidisciplinary and consultant-led reviews.

3

Targeted Optimisation

Individualised nutrition, supplementation, exercise, and lifestyle strategies tailored to metabolic profile and clinical risk factors.

4

Longitudinal Monitoring

Ongoing monitoring, education, and guided transition towards long-term self-management and bone health independence.

Our Clinical Philosophy

Unlike episodic osteoporosis care, this pathway is based on longitudinal monitoring, objective DXA tracking, and progressive optimisation over 12–24 months.

• Focus on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle optimisation as first-line strategy
• Medication used only when clinically necessary
• Objective tracking through DXA scans, blood tests, and functional assessments
• Consultant-led, data-informed decision making
• Guided transition to long-term independence

Who This Pathway Is Suitable For

• Osteopenia or osteoporosis
• Height loss or vertebral fracture risk
• Family history of osteoporosis
• Perimenopause or menopause-related bone loss

What Our Patients Say

“I was sceptical that a structured programme could make a measurable difference after years of being told to ‘wait and watch.’ Eighteen months into BoneRevive®, my DEXA results showed a significant improvement in hip bone density. For the first time, I feel like I am actively doing something about my health rather than just managing decline.”

— Patient, London | BoneRevive® Elite Programme, 18 months

“The combination of consultant reviews, the nutrition sessions, and the exercise classes worked together in a way that no single intervention had managed before. It felt like a proper clinical programme rather than a collection of separate appointments.”

— Patient, Surrey | BoneRevive® Core Programme, 12 months

Frequently Asked Questions About the BoneRevive® Programme

Do I need to have a consultant appointment before joining?

Yes — all BoneRevive® Programme members begin with a consultant-led assessment. This ensures that your clinical pathway, monitoring frequency, and programme level are matched to your individual bone health profile and fracture risk. You cannot self-enrol without a clinical assessment.

Is the BoneRevive® Programme covered by private health insurance?

Coverage varies by insurer and policy. Some elements of the programme — including consultant reviews and DEXA scans — may be covered. We recommend contacting your insurer to confirm what is included before committing. Our team is happy to assist with pre-authorisation queries.

What is the difference between BoneRevive® Elite and Core?

The primary difference is monitoring frequency and nutritionist access. Elite offers monthly consultant and nutritionist reviews, quarterly blood tests, and is recommended for patients with more complex needs or those who prefer closer clinical oversight. Core offers quarterly reviews and is well-suited to motivated, stable patients who wish to combine the programme with independent exercise.

How long does the programme last, and what happens afterwards?

The BoneRevive® Programme is structured over 12–24 months, reflecting the natural pace of measurable bone remodelling. Most patients achieve their primary DXA outcome targets within this window. At the end of the structured programme, your consultant will advise on the most appropriate long-term maintenance approach — which may include continued membership at a reduced monitoring level or a self-managed plan.
